Matt Marshall is the Chief Information Officer at Unisys, setting the strategic vision and roadmap to define, build and optimize powerful IT infrastructure, systems and operations.
In his more than 20 years at Unisys, Matt has been an important part of the company’s legacy, ensuring they have the infrastructure to serve their clients, and the steppingstones that are propelling them into the future. Matt steadily rose through the ranks, progressively taking on increased responsibility as he helped the company to experience its own technology breakthroughs over the years. In his most recent role as vice president of business applications, Matt led the charge for modernizing applications and technology across the enterprise and oversaw numerous critical migrations, integrations and implementations.
Taking a brief step away from Unisys in 2014, Matt served as the vice president and CIO for Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), a leading government and public sector solutions provider. In this role, Matt was responsible for all aspects of WBB’s information technology and systems, directing the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to improve service quality, compliance, and corporate development. Matt returned to Unisys in 2016 to serve as CIO for Unisys Federal business, where he developed long-term cloud-first applications and technology strategy until the sale of that business in 2020. Prior to joining Unisys, he also worked for Memex, a software company that provides information management solutions to the Law Enforcement, Homeland Security and private industry sectors.
